EMBROIDERY

We can embroider up to 12 colours using the very latest high tech embroidery machines. For the best results we only use MADEIRA threads which are considered the market leaders in the industry for quality and long lasting durability.

SCREEN PRINT

We offer a high class screen printing service and we can print up to 12 colours on manual and automatic machines.

DIGITAL PRINT

We always like to advance and invest in the latest technology and we are one of the first companies in the UK to use digital print. This is a screen print quality method used for small runs and saves on origination costs. So if you want photo quality images with superb highly detailed and unlimited colours or simply bold text the digital is an excellent way of getting amazing results with a great price and quick turn around.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept a bank transfer, cheques, all major credit and debit cards, or you can apply for a Trade Credit Account.

I CAN’T SEE WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR. DO YOU SUPPLY IT?

Probably yes! If it is workwear, corporatewear, teamwear, leisurewear, schoolwear or promotional clothing and products, we can usually supply it. Please contact us with your requirements.

WILL I GET PROOF BEFORE MY EMBROIDERY ORDER GOES AHEAD?

Yes. You will receive a ‘proof’ from our production department, detailing colour and size of your logo on all colours that you have ordered. This normally takes 3-5 working days if it is a new logo to be worked on.

MINIMUM FIRST ORDER?

Our minimum first order quantity is 5 garments on screen print and embroidery (you can mix styles, colours and sizes) all with the same design/logo. Digital printing minimum orders are just one!

MINIMUM RE-ORDER?

Our minimum re-order quantity is 5 garments (you can mix styles, colours and sizes) using one existing design.

LEAD-TIME HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 

Typical lead-time is 7 working days from order confirmation. If you have an event or specific date please let us know, we are not a 9-5 operation so we get the job done.

DELIVERY COSTS

This depends on the number of garments/items purchased and the type of garments. 50 polo shirts will be cheaper to send than 50 fleece jackets. Our quote will clearly detail the delivery costs. The cost is based on a delivery to a single UK mainland address (unless notified prior to quoting).

SAMPLES 

We are able to send multiple samples within two days. We require a deposit – the price per garment + VAT as detailed on our website/quotation. If the returned garments are returned and used in the production of your order there is no charge. If the garments are returned to stock and not used in the production of your order we will charge a 15% re-stocking charge. We will refund your deposit (less the re-stocking charge  if appropriate) if the garments are returned to us in a new unworn condition within 14 days. The cost to deliver the samples is £6.00 and we ask you to arrange & pay the cost of returning the samples to us.

GARMENT PACKING 

The standard way we deliver garments is in a ‘printers pack’ (bulk folded and un-bagged). You will have less excess packaging material to deal with and it’s the most environmentally friendly option. We also offer individual folding and bagging. There is an additional charge for this option (cost varies dependent on garment type). Finally we can ‘man-pack’ your order, packing the order and labelling it per employee.  

MONOGRAMMING 

Individual names embroidered onto a garment are charged at £2.50 + VAT per embroidery (in addition to other garment/embroidery charges). There is no set up fee.

HM FORCES BFPO

We ship to all military service addresses both in the UK and abroad through the BFPOnetwork. BFPO addresses outside the UK are zero rated for VAT.

PAYMENT METHODS 

Credit/debit card: we accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express. BACS/SWIFT/IBAN: the details are printed on all quotes and invoices.

Cheque: payable to Rock-it Promotions.   Post your cheque to : Rock-it Promotions, The Old Employment Exchange, East Grove Rectory Road, Rushden, UK, NN10 0AP.

ARTWORK

We can also work with many types of image formats including; EPS, AI, JPG, BMP, GIF, PDF, TIFF and word document. The higher the quality of artwork you provide the better we can produce your design.

COLOUR MATCHING

We can colour match your logo/design using the Pantone Colour System. There isn’t an embroidery thread for every Pantone Colour but we can get a pretty close match. We use the highest quality MADERIA threads. For screen printing we can get an exact match.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on ‘back order’. We will contact you with the option to either replace it with an alternative style or cancel that part of your order.

RE-LABELLING

We offer re-labelling as an addition service. This is a popular service with our promotions and events customers. New labels will be manufactured to your requirements, the original garments labels removed and the new ones sewn-on. We have many years of experience providing this here in the UK. It enables our customers to purchase off-the-shelf garments, have us embroider or screen print them and then remove the manufactures label and replace it with there own/clients brand label. By re-labelling we can create bespoke garments. There are additional options including tax tabbing, zip pulls and neck tape labelling. There is an additional charge for this service.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order may be cancelled only if production has not started. The cost of set-up and design is not refundable and we charge  15% of the value of the garments as a re-stocking fee.

WE DON’T HAVE A DESIGN OR LOGO, CAN YOU COME UP WITH SOMTHING FOR US?

Yes. Our design team are awesome and will work with you to get the right logo for you.

TAX

For UK customers: VAT (at the prevailling rate) will be added to the orders shipped to the UK.

For EU customers: VAT (at the prevailling rate) will be added to orders shipped to the European Union unless the customer provides a valid EU VAT number.

There is no VAT on childrens clothes (up to the age of 14).

BFPO addresses outside the UK are zero rated for VAT.

All other orders are VAT free.
